Camp Mitchell Kid Zone
Calling all human kids! The Camp Mitchell Kid Zone has restful play for all ages including a goat petting area provided by Farmer Fin. Stop by to enjoy Storytime with Trinity (10:30, 11:30, and 3:00), lawn games, goat-inspired crafts, and unlimited goat snuggles. The Kid Zone is free but all donations will go to support Camp Mitchell, a nonprofit camp and retreat center located on Petit Jean. Need a place to stay? We've got goat friendly accommodations available!
Funtime District
Come check out our new Funtime District! We'll have an obstacle course, a Velcro wall, a dunk tank, and vendors selling items especially geared toward kids. The inflatables and dunk tank will be operated by local school groups that will receive the proceeds. Come out and support them!
Kid Races
Do you have kids?!?! (Yes, we mean the human kind...) Great, because we have fun for them! Join us during the 2023 Goat Festival Kid Races!!! Get it...kid like a baby goat. Competitions will include an obstacle course, relay race, and most creative finish!
Giant Bubbles
Everybody loves bubbles and especially the GIANT ones! Everybody will get a chance to make their own because we'll have several wands for the kids...and kids at heart!
