Come help us feed thousands of hungry festivalgoers!

Set-Up: Friday, October 3 from 5-7 PM or Saturday, October 4 from 7-9 AM. Additional vehicles must be out of festival area by 9 AM. 

Fees:  $100 for residents of Perry County using our electricity

$200 for nonresidents using our electricity

$50 for trucks & trailers providing their own electricity

$50 for nonprofits

Trucks & Trailers: All trucks and trailers are designated with the blue rectangles in the above map.

Electricity: A limited number of spaces have access to electricity.  Your chances of being selected are enhanced if you do not require our electricity.  Please be specific on your application with your electrical needs.

There will be a limited number of spaces in each category.

Requirements: You are required to collect sales tax on all sales.  You will be issued a Department of Finance and Administration sales tax envelope when you arrive.  This is to be completed and returned to the Information Booth before you leave.  Signage with visible and clear pricing is required. You are responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing your own booth, merchandise, and TRASH! 

Vendor application is below. Preference will be given to sponsors and Perry County residents.  Payment of vendor fees will not be accepted until after you have been selected.
