Come help us feed thousands of hungry festivalgoers!


Set-Up: Friday, Oct 3 from 5-7 PM or Saturday, October 4 from 7-9 AM. Additional vehicles must be out of festival area by 9 AM.


Fees:  $100 for trucks & trailers     $50 for nonprofits


Trucks & Trailers: All trucks and trailers are designated with the blue and yellow rectangles in the above map.  They will run north and south with an open area between them for people to line up and order.  On your application you may state your preference for facing either East or West depending on your windows and/or signage.


Nonprofits:  Nonprofits are designated with the white squares in the above map.  Each space will be a 12x12 foot area; vendor is responsible for all items in booth space. 


Electricity: A limited number of spaces have access to electricity.  Please be specific on your application with your electrical needs.


Requirements: You are required to collect sales tax on all sales.  You will be issued a Department of Finance and Administration sales tax envelope when you arrive.  This is to be completed and returned to the Information Booth before you leave.  Signage with visible and clear pricing is required. You are responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing your own booth, merchandise, and TRASH! 


Vendor application is below. Preference will be given to sponsors and Perry County residents.  You will be notified whether you have been selected as a 2025 vendor by June 7. Payment of vendor fees will not be accepted until after you have been selected.
